Writter Ed Brubaker Praise's The Winter Soldier!
April finally sees the arrival of the greatly anticipated next installment, "Captain America: The Winter Soldier", the continuation of Steve Rogers’ exploration of the modern world. The sequel takes its title and several story cues from famed writer Ed Brubaker’s acclaimed run on Marvel’s Captain America comic, which reintroduced the long-deceased Bucky Barnes as a brainwashed Soviet spy known as the Winter Soldier. Two Quicksilver’s to Grace The Silver Screen?
Great news on the mutant front. A couple weeks back, we reported that both Bryan Singer and Joss Whedon were both going to use Quicksilver in their films, first in "X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST" and then in "AVENGERS 2", and that Evan Peters was going to play the role in Singer’s film. Now, we get word, via" "The Wrap Online", that Kick-Ass star himself, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, is in talks to join Whedon’s crew as Marvel’s second incarnation of the superfast son of Magneto, . . . Pietro Maximoff.
